while i was in Portland, i took 1/2 a day to drive out to Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park. it was cloudy on the other side of the mountains, but i took many pictures, nonetheless. here’s a link to my oregon coast drive photoset on flickr, and a sampling is below.

apparently nora reads my blog, and she wanted to get in on the sitting-on-dads-shoulders-at-his-desk action.
she usually doesn’t do this while i’m at the desk, so i had the opportunity to use the isight in the macbook pro to get a shot of dad & julie together. both the girls do this from time to time, but none of the boys do.
see what my wife does in her spare time? maybe next we can train them to paint.
